‘Pranav’ is also known as ‘Omkar’. In ‘Omkar’ there are three ‘mantras’ (sounds) “Aa”, “Oo” and “Maa”. In the entire world these three words ‘Aakar’, ‘Ookar’ and ‘Makaar’ exist everywhere. Samadhi
In ‘Super conscious awareness Program’ the process of ‘Samadhi’ is very important. The trainee learning ‘Samadhi’ process is first trained to regulate nerve conscious and sub conscious mind, intellect and ego for seven days. Then the process of ‘Samadhi’ starts on eighth day.
As the field is prepared for the seed to be sown, similarly on the eighth day the seed of ‘Samadhi’ is sown. For reaching the state of ‘Samadhi’, the person has to change his lifestyle, because the 15 minutes of ‘Samadhi’ practice is based on daily routine. If the person is leading a false lifestyle ‘Samadhi’ will not produce the desired result. Simply by amending the daily routine and practicing ‘Samadhi’ one can achieve tremendous gains.
